"What forms of payment do you accept?"
pretty much everything! I send an invoice through PayPal, and can also accept payment through PayPal (you do not need a paypal account to pay through the link i send).
If you're going to accompany me at the house, I can accept debit/credit, cash, or check in person. Or I can accept check through the mail - but please notify me if this is the method you choose so I can make a note of it, and avoid the late fee.
If the invoice is left unpaid with no arrangement, a $30 late fee will be added after 7 days.
I sincerely and earnestly believe that professional photos are an investment that pays for itself! Please check out my home page and click on the statistics for more information on the facts behind this!
"What's my Investment for commercial photography?"
If you're looking to get photos for a contractor portfolio, photos of your restaurant dishes for a menu or website, or product photos for your social media and online store (and more) - we can work together to come up with something you can be proud of and represents your image and brand. i take extra care to make sure the lighting is perfect and edit out little imperfections with these jobs. I know these photos will represent your business, and (as a business owner myself) that is not something I take lightly. the full investment price will, of course, vary based on your individual needs - but the work is guaranteed (if you're not happy, you don't pay!) and it may be more affordable than you think! Please reach out to me by visiting the contact page for your detailed quote.
"What are your hours?"
I'm happy to work Monday - Friday any time the sun is out. If your listing is time sensitive and you need it done on a Saturday, please let me know and I'll do my best to be available, but there is a $30 extra charge for a Saturday shoot.
"Do I own the rights to the photos, or do you?"
Both. Once your photos are paid for, you own them to post wherever and however often as you please for the duration of the home's sale; however, if you're a real estate agent that would like to use my photo to promote your image after the home has been sold (such as in social media, or on your business card) - please contact me to purchase the exclusive rights to the photo. As the photographer, I also own the right to share in my portfolio and website or social media to promote my business (as per the Copyright Act of 1976). I will always to so ethically and with respect to your privacy.
*Note: if there are any questions that I've missed, that you'd like to ask - please reach out to me at
